Info COVID-19 situation

Due to the current and uncertain situation, we decided to organize IMEKOFOODS 2020 in a hybrid way. We offer you the opportunity to participate online as a participant and also as a presenter. It is still true that IMEKOFOODS 2020 will take place on the CZU campus in Prague (September 16-18, 2020). If for any reason you are unable to come in person, you can attend the conference online.

On-line participation will be possible for a special price!

Last minute registration for online participation is possible until 16^th September

Only for 50 € for online participation. Until 1^st September 2020, you can decide whether you will come to Prague or participate only online.
In case of personal participation, you will pay the rest of the registration (reduced by 50 €). Full registration fees are non-refundable.

The full registration fee includes entrance to all scientific sessions and workshops, conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, public transport in Prague and social program. It does not include bank charges, accommodation, breakfast and dinner. After paying for the online participation, you can decide to participate in person, the fee will be reduced by the amount previously paid.

Information to money transfer

All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. Please make sure that the payment is free of all bank charges and participant’s name and Registration Reference Number are clearly stated in the bank transfer. The payment by bank transfer is available until 1 September 2020. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card. Payments received without such details (name, Registration Reference Number) cannot be identified.
